How do I return an item?

Returns and Exchanges Policy

We understand that there may be certain situations where returns/exchanges are necessary and we want to make sure you are completely satisfied. We make every effort to ensure your order is accurate and complete; however, we sometimes make mistakes. 

Returns must be made within 30 days of the shipping date.

Underwear - Due to health code regulations returns or exchanges are not allowed for underwear, except if the garment is defective.  If the garment is visibly defective please return it to the address listed below for an exchange (no refunds will be issued unless the original item is no longer in stock). 

Swimwear - Only exchanges on swimwear are allowed, provided that the product is returned unworn and unwashed and with original packaging materials.


Follow these easy steps to make an exchange: 

1)       Make sure the item is unworn, unwashed and has all it's original packaging and tags

2)       Include a copy of your receipt with the package

3)       Ensure that a shipping method that provides tracking is used.  It is also recommended that package insurance is purchased.  We are not responsible if the item is lost or damaged.

4)       Please indicate on the receipt what you would like to exchange the item for (include product ID and sizing).  Please provide us with a few alternatives in case the item is no longer in stock.

Terms and Conditions

  • You are responsible for return shipping charges
  • We are responsible for the shipping charges of the exchanged item
  • Items that have been worn or laundered will not be exchanged
  • Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable
  • Items on sale are final sale and non-returnable.
